Program Description

VoltSol Energy, LLC (“VoltSol,” “we,” “us”) sends transactional text messages about solar panel cleaning and service appointments you have scheduled with us. Messages include appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, and technician arrival (“on the way”) updates. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages through this program.

Opt-In: How You Opt In to Text Messages

Opt-in path: You opt in by checking the SMS consent checkbox on the VoltSol Energy online booking form at https://voltsolenergy.com/shine. The checkbox is unchecked by default and you must check it yourself to opt in. Consent is not required to book or purchase any service, and consent is not a condition of purchase.

By checking the box and submitting the booking form, you give your express consent to receive appointment-related text messages from VoltSol Energy, LLC at the mobile number you provide.

The exact consent language displayed next to the checkbox at the point of opt-in is:

You may also opt back in after opting out by texting START to the number that sent you a message.

Message Frequency

Message frequency: Message frequency varies. You will receive up to 3 messages per scheduled appointment (one confirmation, one reminder, and one technician arrival update). You will not receive any text messages unless you have an appointment scheduled with us.

Message and Data Rates May Apply

Message and data rates may apply. Standard message and data rates from your mobile carrier may be charged for each text message sent or received. Check with your mobile carrier for details about your text messaging plan.

STOP: How to Opt Out (Cancel)

Reply STOP to cancel. Text the word STOP to any message you receive from us and you will be unsubscribed and will receive no further text messages. After you text STOP, we will send one final confirmation message stating that you have been unsubscribed. You may also text END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT. To opt back in, text START or check the consent checkbox again on a new booking.

HELP: How to Get Help

Reply HELP for help. Text the word HELP to any message you receive from us and we will reply with program information and contact details. You can also get help by emailing support@voltsolenergy.com or calling (530) 228-1091.

Supported Carriers

Messages are sent via standard 10-digit long code (10DLC) SMS and are supported on major U.S. carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and UScellular. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy Policy

Our Privacy Policy is available at https://voltsolenergy.com/privacy. Your mobile phone number, SMS consent status, and SMS opt-in data are used only to deliver the appointment messages described on this page. We do not share, sell, or rent your mobile number or SMS opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. See Section 3.4 of the Privacy Policy (“SMS/Text Messaging Opt-In Data Is Excluded”) for details.
