These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between you and VoltSol Energy, LLC (“VoltSol,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) governing your access to and use of the website at voltsolenergy.com (the “Site”) and any quote, estimate, product, or service offered through it. By accessing the Site or submitting a request, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Site or request our services. By using the Site, you represent that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

2. Services and Estimates

The Site allows you to request solar, battery storage, cleaning, and related home-service information, quotes, and estimates. Any estimate or savings figure shown on the Site is a non-binding illustration based on the information you provide and on general assumptions; it is not an offer, a guaranteed price, or a guarantee of savings. Final pricing, scope, and eligibility are confirmed only in a written agreement or installation contract signed by both parties.

3. Your Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate contact, property, and energy-usage information.
  • Use the Site only for lawful purposes and not to submit false, misleading, or third-party information without authorization.
  • Not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, scrape, or gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems.

4. Payments

Where you elect to make a payment through the Site, payments are processed by our third-party payment processor (currently Stripe). By submitting payment information, you authorize us and our processor to charge the applicable amount. Payment terms, including any deposits, financing, or refunds, are governed by the applicable written agreement and the processor’s own terms. We do not store full payment-card numbers on our servers.

5. Communications and Text Messaging

By providing your phone number and opting in, you consent to receive calls and text messages from us related to your inquiry, quotes, scheduling, and service updates. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. You may reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance at any time. Program terms for our text messages are at https://voltsolenergy.com/sms-terms. Our handling of your information is described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Intellectual Property

The Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by or licensed to VoltSol Energy, LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the Site without our prior written permission, except as necessary to use the Site for its intended purpose.

7. Third-Party Links and Services

The Site may link to third-party websites or rely on third-party services (for example, payment processing, scheduling, mapping, and email/SMS delivery). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those third parties, and your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and any information provided through it are offered “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that any estimate will be accurate or result in savings.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VoltSol Energy, LLC and its members, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100). Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless VoltSol Energy, LLC and its members, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

11. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in or serving Butte County, California, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by a revised “Last updated” date on this page. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
